The relation between the individual, the group and the context is essential here. Whatever scale you measure with. To deal with this asks for adaptability and conciousness. And that starts with you.

We help people re-open their eyes. To have them see things slightly different, which they thought it is normal/standard. To re-discover things, definitions and expectations people themselves defined. To totally redefine and revalue your own ideas. To discover your own perceptions and patterns.

We can do this by bringing people in deeper contact with each other. And that’s fun! From that point on people – in organisations (businesses, governments, health care institutions, education, you name it…) – can then discover and create the future (through e.g.: a mission, vision and strategy). You and your people can achieve great results. With pleasure!

And it can be done in numerous ways… And that’s inspiring and fun too! What do you think?

Global Management Trainee Program – Leadership Journey 2011

In 2011 AkzoNobel started with their first global trainee program. During a leadership journey the trainees got to know each other by reflecting and sharing their lives, values and visions.

If you can keep your head when all about you

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you

But make allowance for their doubting too,

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting.

Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,

Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,

And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can think – and not make thoughts your aim;

If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster

And treat those two imposters just the same;
